I am a 500+ hour Certified Yoga Teacher. As well as having trained with a number of internationally recognised yoga instructors and organisations, I lead part of the Foundation Yoga Teacher Training course at The Power Yoga Company.
I teach a dynamic class rooted in Power Yoga, drawing on influences from a dance and athletic background. Focusing on breath and alignment, the practice will help build muscle tone and strength as well as improve flexibility. In addition to the physical benefits, the practice incorporates mindfulness and meditation to destress.
Sure to challenge but also leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
