After training as a dancer and performing across Europe and the Middle East, I came across yoga and was instantly hooked. It complemented my dance training, helped with recovery from injuries and made the bustle of London a little easier to cope with. Since completing my initial teacher training with The Power Yoga Company in 2015, I am now a 500 hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
I teach a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class, drawing on influences from a dance and athletic background. Focusing on breath and alignment, the practice will help build muscle tone and strength as well as improve flexibility. In addition to the physical benefits, the practice incorporates mindfulness and meditation to destress. Sure to challenge but also leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
